About the Transaction
VBR Brasil Capital is glad to announce that has acted as exclusive financial advisor to SB Crédito in its process of acquiring a stake in LiveOn. VBR Brasil has assisted the buyer since the inception of investigations into the transaction. VBR Brasil Capital has provided support in the Valuation and Due Diligence processes, as well as having actively worked on the preparation and discussion of Letters of Intent and direct contacts with LiveOn`s executives. The transaction can be defined an important development for SB Crédito in its process of intensifying operations in the country’s competitive credit market. SB Crédito expects to perform approximately R $ 5 billion in credits over the next 2 years. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
